Finally getting some good sleep. I have had breathing issues for years. Waking up with a very dry mouth because I've been sleeping with my mouth open to breathe. No more. This thing really works.
I BOUGHT THIS ITEM IN 05/2022. IT IS VERY COMFORTABLE AND EASY TO USE. MY SLEEP HAS APPEARED TO BE MORE RESTFUL. I ALSO BELIEVE THAT MY SNORING HAS BEEN REDUCED.ALTHOUGH, THERE WERE A FEW TIMES THAT IT FELL OUT OF MY NOSE WHILE SLEEPING. I SIMPLY ADJUSTED IT A BIT AND ALL WAS GOOD.I STARTED USING THE SECOND ONE. SO FAR, I AM PLEASED WITH THE PURCHASE.
Apparently I snore very loud, according to my partner. Since buying these and starting to use them, my snoring has lessened a lot. It hasn’t completely stopped me from snoring, but I’m told it’s more of a light snore. Definitely worth trying if you’re keeping someone up at night.
I was initially skeptical this would work, but it does! It has worked so well for me that I gave 2 of my 4 anti snoring devices to other people to try. My coworker whose husband sleeps on the couch due to her snoring is no longer sleeping on the couch. I also gave one to my son a few days ago, so no report provided as of yet, but bet it will work for them as well. One word of advice, when cleaning it over the sink, pull the stopper because it just lost one down the sink recently and am now down to the one I am using :(As far as comfort, it took me a few days probably 3-4 to get used to wearing it (this was also mentioned in the instructions), but now I am pretty used to it. It is not tight at all, it just feels funny having something touching the septum in my nose. I would recommend giving it a try, it is reasonably priced and for me & my coworker it has worked great!
