Sleep Apnea Mouth Guard, Snoring Mouthpiece for Sleeping

So... after being evicted from my girlfriends bed several times due to my beast-like, from the throat, levels of snoring I set-off on a mission to reduce my affliction as much as possible.Before I understood it was the soft pallet in my throat that was causing the problem I tried numerous 'remedies' such as nasal sprays and the like, but I have to say this 'mouth guard' like solution is the closest I've come to sounding like a human being whilst I sleep.Unfortunately I do have rather pronounced canines which makes the moulding process a little more difficult than if you have nice, aligned teeth. Once you have a good moulding it's full steam ahead.I've ordered four of these products so far, my mouldings have been a little hit and miss as you have to move your jaw forward before biting down (which in turn moves the position of your tongue forward.Unfortunately for some reason the last one I purchased was put in the boiling water for the 12 seconds they advise and when pulled out turned to complete mush which was very strange and disappointing after previously creating 'ok'ish' moulds.Overall this product does achieve what it sets out to do, I'd recommend giving it a go.

I've used one of these for years now, and they work well most of the time. Understand WHY you snore though - in my case my jaw drops back and that's my problem.I've tried sprays and nose strips, this is bar far the best FOR ME. It's easy to mould, easy enough to keep clean and keep my jaw forward. Can I get into a bad position and snore? Yup. But it happens way less. Is it comfortable? Mostly. I get some feeling of pressure on my teeth but I only notice it once I'm up and about. I also take it out if I way after my deep sleep cycle, which works for me.In many cases losing weight and getting fitter is you best bet, and while you're doing that, this works.

This solves the problem of snoring and teeth grinding, plus going to get another for a thumb sucker who is struggling to stop.Just as stated in instructions, place in hot water using the attachment then put in mouth to mould to your teeth. It does take a little while to get used to it the first night but since then I have been able to sleep without problem....and so has the other half, so worth the price.
