When will my order ship?

Order handling takes 1–2 days (Monday–Saturday). Our daily shipping cut-off is 3 PM PST.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on U.S. orders over $20, with standard delivery in 3–5 business days. For orders under $20, you can choose a carrier at checkout — the cost depends on weight and distance.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States only.

Can I change my shipping address after I order?

We can't change the shipping address once an order has shipped. If you need to update it, please contact us as soon as possible.

What's your return policy?

Neomen products have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Final Sale items are non-refundable. Returns and exchanges are available in the USA only.

How do I start a return?

Please contact us first. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return label and instructions on how to send the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return can't be accepted or refunded.

What condition do returned items need to be in?

Items must be in the same condition as when you received them, with tags, and in the original packaging.

My order arrived damaged or incorrect — what do I do?

Contact us with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.
