    I use this mouthpiece every night and I am getting used to it. I do think it keeps my mouth open too much, which makes my jaw hurt some, and I can't stop producing saliva which I keep sucking in. I don't know if I got a doctor prescribed mouthpiece would be any different, but this one is pretty good and I am getting used to it.

    It's Ok. I Feel Like it's a Little Big for my Mouth. I Have to Put it in Sideways, and I Can't Seem to Close My Mouth. Then in the Middle of the Night My Pillow is Wet from Drooling . So I'm Not Sure if I'm Snoring, but I guess I drooling is better than the sleep apnea.

    Easy to use

    The mouth guard is very easy to mold following the instructions provided just make sure to use really hot water and press really hard when it is in your mouth. Also, you can adjust the potions of the lower retainer as it best suit you. The first time I used it my jaw was a bit sore the following morning but it got better the days after. It does help to keep your jaw i. Place while sleeping, so the snoring decreases and you can sleep better.

    Something that actually works

    The Best functional design of all in the market!

    As a person trained in engineering, I can attest how good is the design, function and materials of this anti snore device. As a chronic snorer, I’ve tried many kinds of “techniques” and “gimmicks” With this one, Since the first week using this product, my wife noticed the difference and I wake up more rested in the morning; She is the happiest and best rested woman in the world. It was very easy to set up; the molding process is very simple and straight forward. I will recommend you to do it at least twice in two or three weeks time. The lower jaw ratcheting adjusting system is the cleverest I’ve seen in the market, again, I would recommend you to start the first week with just one notch of forward movement position, increasing the forward position further every week till you adapt and feel comfortable. I waited all these weeks to write a review to be sure it wasn’t just the excitement of seeing it work on me. As a last thing, I have to tell, 6 of my friends (males and females) are using it now with the same results. No Snoring and happy, well rested partners. Thanks to this company for selling a very affordable, comfortable, well designed Anti snoring device! A+!!!
